Sham Manglik

Student Assistant

Sham graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a degree in Politics.  She worked for the CJTC in 2004, after returning from a year studying in Madrid, Spain. Sham worked for the CJTC because it fell in line with her desire to do social justice work, while applying Spanish, and researching international and development issues.

Sham has worked on the Globalizing Civil Society project, and assisted with the Women as Social Warriors III event. Sham also interned for California State Assemblymember John Laird.  Sham enjoys traveling, and has also lived in Singapore for three years during high school.  While living there she was able to explore Asia and Oceania.
